General Returns Policy

All items are described to the best of our knowledge and are sold in "as described" condition. We take great care to accurately represent each product, including any natural variations in crystals and gemstones.

In the event that the wrong item is sent or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess each situation individually and offer a refund, exchange, or store credit as appropriate.

Outside of these circumstances, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last item in your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by submitting a return request through your customer account before the withdrawal period expires.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, such as custom or personalised items, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened, or digital content once download has begun.
